How to Enter Pet Information in AppFolio
AppFolio User Question:
Is there a way to add Owner or tenant fields that they have to manually fill out to addendums or Management Contracts? On lease contracts we want the new tenants to be able to fill out the pet information themselves. ie weight, name, color, etc.
APM Help Answer:
Pet information is entered during the application process and would be pulled from their application directly. If they didn't enter those details in the application, then they can manually edit the application before sending the lease. In short, no, there is not a way to have a blank field for tenants to fill in on the lease, just checkboxes.
