Customizing Online Payments in AppFolio

AppFolio Client Question:

How do I set up online payments for individual properties in AppFolio?

APM Help Answer:

Online payments are enabled based on the bank account associated with the property.

To enable a bank account for online payments, go to:

    1. Go to Accounting
     2. Bank Accounts
     3. Enabled Bank Accounts for Online Payments.

If you don't see this option, then you'll need to enable online payments enabled for your database. You can do from your Dashboard on the right-hand side under "Tasks".

If there are specific tenants that you want to allow to make online payments and others you disable access, then you can set their online payment specifications on their tenant page under "Status" > Edit > Uncheck or Check "Allow Online Payments".
