Can emails post to multiple portals / user accounts in AppFolio?

AppFolio user question:

Can emails post to multiple portals / user accounts? Our team would like emails sent within the work order tab to also show on the corresponding user account, i.e. tenant portal and or owner portal.

You can BCC the tenants and owners to keep them in the loop but it will only track on the main recipient's page in AppFolio. If you need to record the emails on the tenant and owner pages then they would need to be manually added by taking a screenshot of the email and adding the file under "Attachments". From here, you can select the three dots to the right of the attachment or check them off > Share with Owner/Tenant.
