Our Story
After our founder, Taylor, was fired from AppFolio in 2012, customers would look him up on Facebook or LinkedIn and ask that he help consult on cleaning up their property accounting. Fast forward to 2017 and several clients asked that Taylor to just "take over all of the accounting" so they wouldn't have to deal with hiring, training, managing, and retaining accounting staff - let alone think about trust compliance.
We've since expanded to Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, and Rentvine while growing our team to over 200 full time staff including property managers all over America and even folks who used to work at the property management software companies!
